1. Shipping Rates & Costs

We offer straightforward flat-rate shipping across the United States:

  • Orders $49.99 and over: FREE Shipping.

  • Orders under $49.99: $8.99 Flat Rate Shipping.

2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-off Time

  • Order Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (MST) Mountain Standard Time.

3. Delivery Terms

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver our disposable tableware and party supplies. While we aim for on-time delivery, please note that transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly via the carrier's website.

6. Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once a shipment is in transit. If you need to change the place where your package will be delivered, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@nestocart.com.
