Return & Refund Policy

At NestOCart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our disposable tableware and party supplies. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your item. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging (unopened).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, disposable tableware (plates, napkins, cutlery) cannot be returned if the original plastic sealing has been opened.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nestocart.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, NestOCart will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • "We do not charge a restocking fee."

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at (719) 444-5627 or support@nestocart.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
