Where do you ship from? All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Colorado Springs, CO.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders typically have a 1-2 business day handling time. Once shipped, transit usually takes 3-5 business days via carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
🛍️ Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as secure payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@nestocart.com within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer make changes.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's progress.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, disposable tableware cannot be returned if the protective plastic sealing has been opened.
Who pays for return shipping? * If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label.

If you are returning an item due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Are your disposable plates sturdy enough for heavy food? Yes! We specifically curate our "NestOCart" inventory to include high-quality, heavy-duty disposable tableware that can handle main courses and saucy dishes without bending or leaking.
Are the tablecloths reusable? While designed for easy cleanup and disposal, many of our premium tablecloths are durable enough to be wiped down and reused for multiple events if handled with care.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large events? For large corporate events or weddings requiring bulk quantities, please contact us directly at support@nestocart.com for a custom quote.
